Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Pelagie Academy's services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

Program Enrollment

Enrollment in our chaplaincy training program is subject to the following terms:

• Applications must be complete and accurate
• Tuition payment is required before program access
• Students must maintain satisfactory progress
• Completion requirements must be met for certification
• Professional conduct is expected at all times

Payment Terms

Payment terms and conditions:

• Tuition is $650 for the complete program
• Payment is due upon enrollment approval
• Refunds are available within 14 days of enrollment
• No refunds after course completion of 25% or more
• Payment plans may be available upon request

Code of Conduct

All students are expected to maintain professional standards:

• Respectful interaction with faculty and peers
• Academic integrity in all coursework
• Confidentiality of sensitive information
• Professional behavior in all program activities
• Compliance with all program requirements

Intellectual Property

All course materials, content, and resources provided by Pelagie Academy are protected by intellectual property rights. Students may use materials for personal study but may not reproduce, distribute, or use materials for commercial purposes without written permission.

Limitation of Liability

Pelagie Academy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of the service.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
